This is where you'll find out what's going on...it's your entrée to
upcoming convivium events, complete with programs, menus and other
important information. Where appropriate we will include driving
instructions, maps and the like.

July 24, 2007, Tabor Hill

Thank you Anna and Mary for your thoughtful planning of our Hawaiian
adventure. As usual the staff at Tabor Hill did a great job in preparing a
delicious, creative menu with special fish and pork entrees and tropical
accompaniments.

May 30, 2007, Mojito Grill & Martini Bar
Thank you Frerikses and Braggs for hosting a fun evening in Bridgman at
the (fairly) new Mojito Grill. Twenty three members and guests enjoyed
fellowship over cocktails followed by Caesar Salad, entrees of Salmon or
Pork Tenderloin and Key Lime Pie.

Click here for the archives page which features
memories of recent convivium outings. Whenever possible we will include photos and other memorabilia of Slow
Food Michiana. Here we will announce the most recent
additions to our web site. If you've visited us before and want to know what's
changed, take a look here first.

Reminder from Paul:
The good folks at Slow Food
have begun a forum for all members to join and use for any appropriate
topics. Might be a good place to visit from time to time and hear from
other members around the globe. Registration is free at
http://www.slowfoodforum.org/
A word to the wise regarding new members:
If you sponsor new members
please insure that their checks and applications are funneled through Paul
at Tabor Hill. It is not required that you join and pay dues to Slow Food
International. The It's permissible to join directly through the New York
headquarters office but it takes months before the new member's
information is communicated to Paul; so at the very least let Paul or Anna
know your invitees applied directly to New York so we get them on our
mailing list. Paul will let me know so I can add them to the email list
and they won't miss out on important announcements.
